Usage

The strength IV gem increases the attack strength of an item by a value of 8 and can be linked at the smithing table with a linking chance of 9%. The linking chance of the gem can be increased with a smither hammer, respectively the unlinking chance of the gem can be incrased with an extraction hammer.
